Brooki Opens new Flagship in South Brisbane
It's official. Brooki Bakehouse has landed in South Brisbane — and honestly? We're still pinching ourselves. Our brand new flagship store at 109 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane is now open, and if the opening weekend is anything to go by, we have a feeling this is going to be something really special. Our Biggest Store Yet This isn't just another Brooki location. This is our flagship. Our biggest, most beautiful store to date — designed to be the kind of place you want to linger, take photos, and come back to again and again. From the moment you walk through the doors, you'll find everything you love about Brooki, turned up a notch. Fresh-baked cookies, gorgeous displays, and a space that just feels like us. We're open 7 days a week, 10am–10pm — because cookie cravings don't keep business hours, and neither do we. The Opening Weekend That Stopped Us in Our Tracks We had high hopes for our South Brisbane opening. But what actually happened? It blew every single one of them out of the water. The South Brisbane community showed up — and we mean really showed up. Lines out the door, familiar faces, new ones we can't wait to get to know, and an energy in that store that made every late night and early morning worth it. To every single person who came through our doors that weekend: thank you. From the bottom of our hearts. You welcomed us into your neighbourhood with so much warmth and excitement, and it reminded us exactly why we do what we do. This is what Brooki is all about — not just the cookies (although, yes, obviously the cookies), but the community that gathers around them. Brooki lands at Sydney Harbour
Sydney, we've heard you. For years you've been asking us when we're coming down — and finally, we're saying yes. This May and June, the Brooki food truck is rolling into Circular Quay for Vivid Sydney 2026 — and it's our very first time at the festival. From 22 May to 13 June, we'll be serving hot cookies baked fresh on site every night, right in front of Wahlburgers at Circular Quay, with the Sydney Harbour Bridge lit up in the background. For 23 nights, the truck is open from 6:00pm to 11:00pm. Come for the lights, the music, the art — and a warm cookie in hand to make it all that bit better. Salted Caramel Macadamia. Cinnamon Roll. The full hero line-up, baked fresh from frozen pucks the moment you order — so every cookie that hits your hand is warm, gooey and exactly the way it's meant to be eaten. And because this is Sydney, and because this is Vivid, we're also dropping a few Sydney-exclusive flavours that you won't find anywhere else. Available only at the Circular Quay truck. Only for these 23 nights. Keep an eye on our socials in the days leading up to opening night — we'll be revealing them one by one. Why this pop-up matters to us This is our Sydney debut — the first time Brooki has had a physical presence in this city. And it's the warm-up to something bigger: our first NSW store opens at Barangaroo this July. The Vivid truck is our way of saying hello properly — at one of the most beautiful events in the country, in the heart of the city, the way Sydney deserves. If you've been a Brooki community member from afar, this is the chance to finally get your hands on the real thing. The truck can get busy — particularly Friday and Saturday evenings, and around 8:00–10:00pm when the light installations are at their peak. If you want the easiest walk-up, weekday evenings between 6:00pm and 7:30pm tend to be the gentler windows. Saturday at 9:00pm? Bring your patience and a friend. The cookies are worth the wait, we promise. Brooki Opens in Melbourne!
Thursday May 7. Mark it. Circle it. Set seventeen alarms. Brooki Bakehouse is officially opening the doors at Chadstone — Australia's biggest shopping centre and, as of Thursday, home to a very serious amount of cookies. Doors fly open at 9:00am sharp. This is our first Victorian store and honestly? We're losing it. The DMs. The comments. The "WHEN ARE YOU COMING TO MELBOURNE" replies under literally every post for the last twelve months. We heard you. Loud and clear. And now we're here. what's going down on opening day Opening day at Brooki has its own kind of energy. Here's what to expect when you rock up: I'll be there. Yep — I'm flying in for opening day. Come say hi, take a photo, tell me which cookie got you through last winter. Meeting our community in real life is the best part of all of this, and I don't want to miss a single one of you. Free Brooki merch for the first 100 in line.
